R help - Jul 2013 - An error in the "Package JGL"

Hi,
I am currently working with the package JGL.
I tried to run JGL function "JGL(Y,penalty="fused",...)"
over my data, but
there is the following error which makes it stop:

"Error in while ((iter==0)|| (iter < maxiter &&
diff_value>tol))
missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed. "

I would appreciate it if you could help me.
