R help - Jan 2013 - Issue while installing Hmisc package

Hi,

Please find the snap shot attached for the error reported wile installing
Hmisc Package.

Is there any thing you can help me with.

Currently using "R i386 2.15.2" Version of R on windows 7 platform.
