Hi R-listers,
I would like to do an ANOVA with HSuccess ~ each individual Vegetation index
(0-5m, 6-10m, 11-15m, 16-20m, 21-25m, 26-30m, 31-35m) and alternatively
HSuccess ~ HTLIndex (-5-(-1m), 0-5m, 6-10m, 11-15m, 16-20m, 21-25m, 26-30m).
I'm not sure how to write the script for it. I have tried:
> summary(aov(HSuccess ~ ((data.to.analyze$Veg
> breaks=c(0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35)), data=data.to.analyze)

breaks"
AND

Any suggestions on how to do this?
