Hi all; I have a dataset for a 2 Group (Trial, Control) x 2 Time (T1, T2) mixed-ANOVA design with missing values. We're interested in the main effect of Group, main effect of Time and interaction between the two on PTI scores (Pressure Time Integral; a continuous variable). Does anyone have any code, or a nice walkthrough for a package (understandable by a relative novice) that can run multiple imputation algorithms on the data to impute missing values, AND then pool the imputed datasets (maybe using Rubins rules?) in order to run the aov() function?
