R help - Jul 2012 - Describing Multistage PPS Survey Designs

Hi all,

I am wondering if the survey package has the capability to describe a
multistage survey with PPS clusters.  Speficially I have a national survey
that is intially stratified by region, then by PPS cluster by locality.
I'm not sure if this needs to be done with an FPC statement or if I need to
define the conditional probabilities of selection for the clusters.

Any insight would be appreciated,
