R help - Jun 2012 - Partial correlation analysis for censored data in R?

Hi

does anyone know if there is any R function that preforms partial 
correlations analysis for censored data?

I found a fortran program on the PSU website at 
http://www2.astro.psu.edu/statcodes/cens_tau.f
but I was wondering if there is anything like that in any R package.
