R help - Jun 2012 - Row count on criteria

Hi everyone.

I would like to count number of row higher than 0 for each column in a
dataframe.

For instance, I was using something like:

YY = replicate(5, rnorm(10)) 
apply(YY,2,">",0)

This give me a boolean matrix, but how to have the count of row with numbers

Try

colSums(apply(...etc...))
