If you read it in as a dataframe, then you can use 'split' to create the
subsets by PolyNam and then use 'lapply' to the result of
'split' to plot
it:
lapply(split(yourDF, yourDF$PolyNam), function(.poly){
plot(.poly$Date, .poly$Total)
})
