Dear R Group in package Deducer, how should i use the add.cross.strata.test() function to pass the chi.squared.test function as htest argument? ##########Example########### library(Deducer) dat<-data.frame(a=rnorm(100)>.5,b=rnorm(100)>0,c=rnorm(100)>(-.5)) tables<-contingency.tables( row.vars=a, col.vars=b, stratum.var=c,data=dat) add.cross.strata.test(tables,"chi.squared.test",list(function(x) chi.squared.test(x)), "asymptotic") The above function throws the following error.. Error in chi.squared.test(x) : Could not create table from x and y how can i modify the htest argument in the above function to permit running chi-square on each strata? I know add.chi.squared() will help, but if i want to use the add.cross.strata.test, then what change in chi-squared function should i carry out to overcome this error?
