What would be the expected runtime for DEMEtics calculating pairwise Dest and CI with 1000 bootstraps for 600 individuals 9 loci in 48 populations? I am currently running it on a fairly fast unix computer and the estimated completion time is approximately 6 weeks. The manual suggested that I might expect hours to days.
