But there are a lot of different ways to draw Venn diagrams in R, and we need to know which one you are using. Please provide at a minimum the name of the package you are using, and a small reproducible example of the code you employed. Don't draw it in the first place.
Since you didn't tell us what you did to get your jpeg file, we can't
tell you what to change.
