Just update your packages using update.packages(checkBuilt=TRUE) Uwe Ligges> I 'll be glade if you help me > > [[alternative HTML version deleted]] > > ______________________________________________ > R-help at r-project.org mailing list > https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-help > PLEASE do read the posting guide http://www.R-project.org/posting-guide.html > and provide commented, minimal, self-contained, reproducible code.

Also, how did you install Biobase? Try this: source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R") biocLite("Biobase") I'm guessing you are running 32-bit windows but it's hard to know what is going on without more information. I verified that I could run "library(Biobase)" in R 2.12, 2.13, and 2.14 in 32-bit R on Windows.
