Andrew,
ctree only tunes over mincriterion and ctree2 tunes over maxdepth
(while fixing mincriterion = 0).
Seeing both listed as the function is being executed is a bug. I'll
setup checks to make sure that the columns specified in tuneGrid are
actually the tuning parameters that are used.
