R help - Feb 2011 - calling R function from a java program

Dear All.
I would like to know how to call one user defined R function from java
program. Suppose a R function
Addition<- function(a,b)
{
return(a+b)
}
Is it possible to call the function Addition and send the parameters a, and
b from a java program?
