R help - Dec 2010 - Where to find "rcompgen" package?

Dear all, can somebody point me from where to download "rcompgen"
package?
CRAN does not seem to hold that.
Installing this package through install.packages() tells this package is not
available.

Or more specific (since the first Google hits do not tell the whole 
story): It is included in base R nowadays.
