Hello, I'm doing CDA, and want to view a plot one group at a time. How can I plot just one group? Example: iris.mod <- lm(cbind(Petal.Length, Sepal.Length, Petal.Width, Sepal.Width) ~ Species, data=iris) iris.can <- candisc(iris.mod, data=iris) plot(iris.can) In this example the plot shows all three groups - how do I get it to only show one group?
