Hello, I am currently running multivariate analysis to find prediction equations for a specific event. Currently, we do this by using the combination of LDA and SIR through the dr package. The advantage of SIR is that we are giving constants for which weigh the importance of the factors, as well as the p-value is given in SIR. I was looking into running QDA and was wondering if there is a command that will output a prediction equation and the constants for this equation as well as a p-value of the separation?
