R help - May 2010 - Where is the splines package

Dear All,

I noticed that the "splines" package is no longer available on CRAN.
Has it been replaced by something else? is it still available in some
other locations?

I believe you will discover that splines is part of the standard  
install bundle. Try this at your consoles:

help(package=splines)
