R help - Mar 2010 - Partial least square regression and the effect of sampling site

Hi,

I am trying to use pls regression to find links between some environmnental
variables and the biomass of a marine snail species. I am not an expert with
this type of analysis. I sampled both the species' biomass and the
environmental variables on 3 transects in 6 different sites. I would like to
know how to include the effect of the site in my plsr analysis.
