I was wondering if there existed a package in R that would bicluster /
co-cluster in more than 2 dimensions.

Hi Tim, maybe you are looking for something like this: http://www.nature.com/nbt/journal/v26/n5/full/nbt1397.html It is relatively easy to implement in R, I think.
