R help - Dec 2009 - Setting Repositories in the .Rprofile file

Is there any way to select (during startup) all repositories by modifying the
Rprofile.site file? If so, could someone let me know the syntax to use (or
direct me to where I can find it)?

For my system after this I (still)  see:
 > getOption("repos")
                             CRAN
"http://lib.stat.cmu.edu/R/CRAN"
