Hello, I would appreciate help regarding converting an image (jpeg, bmp) in R and saving it to a postgresql database server. Does the writeBin function provide any support for image to binary conversion? Once converted, how can I use the packages "DBI" and "RPostgreSQL" to send such data into the server.
