R help - Aug 2009 - Query on Error : subscript out of bounds in Rclimdex

Dear All,

I am trying for indices calculation in Rclimdex but I get following error

In addition: Warning messages:
1: In function ()  : NAs introduced by coercion
2: In function ()  : NAs introduced by coercion

How can I overcome this problem?
