R help - Jul 2009 - paste (" " x " ")

maybe a very basic question but I need to parse an SQL code into a GIS from
a ODBC conn.

The code includes a specific sentence

 

OPTIONS COORDSYS("Latitude / Longitude");

 

and I need the " " pasted into the string. They cannot disappear.

 

how to do this?
