Use print before qplot or ggplot. Something like this:
<<TV,fig=TRUE,echo=FALSE>>
print(qplot(subscriber,data=TV09,geom="bar",fill=subscriber,
xlab=NULL,ylab=NULL)+coord_flip()+
opts(legend.position="none"))
@
