R help - May 2009 - Question about spatial probit model using zelig command

I am continually receiving this error and wonder if someone may assist me.

Error in eval(expr, envir, enclos) :
  NA/NaN/Inf in foreign function call (arg 17)
In addition: Warning message:
In glm.fit(x = X, y = Y, weights = weights, start = start, etastart etastart,  :
  fitted probabilities numerically 0 or 1 occurred
