Hi all,
I have just started using R to produce qqnorm plots. I am trying to
switch the x and y axes so that the theoretical values are plotted on the y
axis and my data on the x axis. Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks

Try (re)reading ?qqnorm. Use datax = TRUE. --sundar On Sun, Apr 26, 2009 at 4:37 PM, Chris_d <dewhurstchris at gmail.com> wrote:> > Hi all, > ? ? ? ?qqnorm
qqnorm(y, ylim, main = "Normal Q-Q Plot",
xlab = "Theoretical Quantiles", ylab = "Sample
Quantiles",
plot.it = TRUE, datax = TRUE, ...)

This is easy...
qqnorm(res, datax = TRUE)
... unfortunately.
