R help - Feb 2009 - RZope (UNCLASSIFIED)

Thank you for all the pointers to "R as a Web Service".  I am still
reading/learning, and have come across the link
http://www.analytics.washington.edu/statcomp/projects/rzope/
 for Rzope, but can not get a response.  

Is this Project/URL no longer active?  
Or possibly I should I be using a different UR; and what is it now?

his project.
