R help - Jan 2009 - F-test

hi,

i was wondering if i have been giving  ANOVA table in R:

so i was wondering for this F-test to test on the difference between model,
and for the * number 0.04811, at 5% level, 

is that mean we accept null hypothesis, so there is no evidence of
differences, hence it is no differences?
