I am checking a package with R CMD check and everything is fine until the pdf portion of the checking process and the errors documented at the end of this message happen. I have looked at the pdf that is created and the typesetting is not perfect, but it is acceptable (readable). I am no good at latex (something I plan to remedy in the next large paper I have to write), so is this acceptable for CRAN. I have not changed the files and this error message did not show up until I upgraded to 2.8.1 . Any help would be appreciated.
