R help - Dec 2008 - Sweave/Rweave and results="verbatim"

Hello,


in a Rnw-file I have this used stuff to try out tex-results...

"{\\bf Hallo, das ist voll fett!}\n" )

<<results="verbatim">>texme()
@

I used this command: "R CMD Sweave example.Rnw"


and got this error:

 7 : echo
 8 : echo term verbatim (label=>)
Error in match.arg(options$results, c("verbatim", "tex",
"hide")) :
  'arg' should be one of "verbatim", "tex",
"hide"
Calls: Sweave -> SweaveParseOptions -> check -> match.arg
Execution halted

What did I do wrong here?


Any hint is welcome,

it should work without quotes; i.e.,

results = verbatim
