Hello everybody, I'm trying to perform a ESDA on some data about per capita GDP among European regions and I'm trying to learn how to make R and GeoDa interact. I'm reading that in order to import a GAL file from GeoDa to R it's best to source into R the read.gal3.R file. But where can I get it from?
