Not so easy: see http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/contrib/2.8/check/Ratings-check.log If the automated builder fails, there is usually a good reason. In this case editing Ratings/src/Makevars to have PKG_CPPFLAGS rather than PKG_CXXFLAGS might do it (maintainer Cc:ed here). -- Brian D.
