Hi, I'm using R version 2.6.2 (2008-02-08) and also Absoft Fortran Compiler. I try to install SNPassoc package on SUSE 10.2 but it's require mvtnorm package... * Installing *source* package 'mvtnorm' ... ** libs gcc -std=gnu99 -I/usr/lib64/R/include -I/usr/lib64/R/include -I/usr/local/include -fpic -g -O2 -c miwa.c -o miwa.o gfortran -fpic -g -O2 -c mvt.f -o mvt.o make: gfortran: Command not found make: *** [mvt.o] Error 127 ERROR: compilation failed for package 'mvtnorm' I used Absoft Fortran Compiler is is any possibility to install this package without gfortran?? How I could to this??
