scuba 1.2-2
'scuba' is a contributed package that performs theoretical calculations
about scuba diving --- dive profiles, decompression models, gas toxicity
and so on.
New features in version 1.2-2:
. Package vignette provides detailed explanations.
. Improved handling of data from dive computers.
. Gas switches (switching from one tank of breathing gas
to another during the dive) are now easy to specify.
. Relative tissue saturations can be computed easily
. Eleven new datasets: real dive profiles
. Dives with multiple tanks of breathing gas are now plotted
using a different colour for each gas.
New functions:
        whichtank
        whichtank<-
                        Choice of breathing gas tank
at each waypoint during the dive
Improvements:
        dive
For easier handling of data uploaded from dive computers,
dive() now accepts elapsed time values in the formats
"hh:mm:ss", and "mm:ss" where mm can exceed
60.
        plot.dive
Dives with multiple tanks of breathing gas are now plotted
using a different colour for each gas.
The choice of colours is controlled by the
                argument 'col.gases'.
        haldane
This function has a new argument 'relative'.
If relative=TRUE, tissue saturations are computed
as fractions of the surfacing M-value.
        ndl
Improved numerical stability, in mixed-gas case.
The return value of ndl now has an attribute
                which identifies the controlling tissue.
        showstates
                Improved plot labels.
