Hi all
I am trying to calculate the instantaneous hazard (rather than
cumulative hazard) for an event "bird death".
Some sample data is as follows:
year<-c(rep(2003,10),rep(2004,10))
time<-c(5,10,5,15,20,10,15,15,25,25,5,15,15,5,25,10,25,15,35,25)
event<-c(1,0,1,1,0,1,1,0,1,0,1,0,0,1,0,0,0,0,1,0)
Ideally I would like to know if the hazard is greater at specific time
periods for birds dying within each year ie plotting confidence limits
around the hazard for each year.
I would also like to present this data graphically.
I think in theory I should be able to use: the "hazard.ratio.plot" but
lack the experience to know how to code this
Anyone be able to help?
