Dear All, I was recommended this book " http://oit.utk.edu/scc/RforSAS&SPSSusers.pdfand found it very good as a 3-in-1 reference guide , and also as migration guide from 1 platform to another. Many Thanks to the people who helped me in this. It took me some time to find out the R GUI though, that really helped me learn even faster thanks to code which gets generated side by side.
