Dear R users, Sorry if this is too trivial. Is there a way to get confidence intervals for a beta distribution? e.g. Is this wrong for calculating the 2.5% lower CI for a distribution with parameters 13.2 and 691? qbeta(0.025, 13.2, 691) Also, is there a way to get CI for a dirichlet distribution? Many Thanks in advance, Eleni Rapsomaniki

Not quite what you wanted, I know, but you can get an estimate of percentiles by calling quantile(rdirichlet(...), ...). Regards, Richie.
