I've been searching for R code which performs the Howard Harris variant of k-means clustering but cannot seem to locate it. The Hartigan-Wong algorithm seems quite similar but not the same. Does anyone know of code that would accomplish this? The algorithm looks simple enough to implement myself however I'd rather not re-invent an existing routine.
