R help - Oct 2007 - problem with ARES

Dear mailing list:

I am a new user of R and I would like to use the new ARES package. I have
followed the procedure to import a genepopfile and everything seemed to
work. However when I ran aresCalc function, I got a message error and I
don't know what it means. The error message is object "alri.tot"
not found.
Can anyone help me?

Dear Malia,

please read the posting guide for this mailing list that asks you to

- provide version informations for R and used packages
- provide a minimal reproducible example
- ask the package maintainer of a package directly, if it seems to be a 
problem with a package
