Hi all, I have a time series data.. Data consist of only the counts. I want to model it using a two or three state HMM. I am using J K Lindsey's "repeated package". I am not very clear with the arguments like "mu", "cmu".. etc.. How can I substitute the value for these arguments.Howthe initial estimates are calculate... Thanking You..
