Dear all, I saw that the Free Software Foundation (www.fsf.org) released Version 3 of their General Public Licence on Friday. Just out of curiosity, are there any plans to 'upgrade' the licensing terms of R? Maybe one can update the licence() function since the link given there (http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html) leads to the main page of Version 3 of the GPL.
