Hello, I was wondering if anyone had an example of using C++ to call routines from within R. What I want to be able to do is call the dip routine from the diptest package. I've tried using the code from the package directly, but I think it needs to have had other procedures to be run on the data before-hand. Any ideas as I'd be very grateful. James
