Hi All I was wondering if there is a way I can specify in R that it should load libraries automatically at startup, so that I do not have to manually issue the command. Thanks Toby
Hi I do not know if this is the best way, but have a look at .Rprofile - a text file that lives in the R root directory ans is executed at startup. You could put library() commands in that. See ?Startup for more information. BTW, did you try ?Startup or help.search("startup") before your
posting?
