R help - Feb 2007 - Combining two datasets

Dear all R users,

Suppose I have two data sets:

data1: 1,3,5,7,9
data2: 2,4,6,8

Now I want to combine these two data sets like that:

data = 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9
Can anyone tell me how to do that?
