R help - Nov 2006 - generalized Kruskal/Friedman test for replicated blocked data

We are in the final stage of testing a unification, generalization, 
and speed-improvement of 'kruskal.test' and 'friedman.test' 
(tentatively named 'prentice.test') and are inviting comments before 
turning this into a package.
