R help - Nov 2006 - ncp in dt

i just wanted to know if the "non centraility parameter" as it is
referred
to in the dt test is
what i would think of as mu zero if i was doing a test of a
hypothesis that the mean was equal to mu zero and the variance was
unknown. thanks.
