It has a couple of entries about Compaq Visual Fortran.  I didn't write 
or test those, they were contributed by others.

The notes are fairly old.  If they don't apply to your version, there is 
general advice there about using foreign DLLs in Windows.  Corrections 
and additions to the page are welcome.
