[R] problems with bootstrapping (Divergence or singularity ???)
while bootstrapping my fitted model for an internal validation:
fit<-lrm(y~a+b+c ,x=T,y=T)<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns =
"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
val<-validate.lrm(fit,B=300,bw=T,rule="aic")
R brings the notice that in some cases of the iterative process no variable has
been choosen for estimation("Divergence or singularity in 129
samples").
I can“t quite figure out why and what this means for my goodness of fit
Someone know more?
best regards
chris
