R help - Jan 2006 - RODBC sqlQuery question

Why does this happen when I do a sqlQuery?

I get output for each row returned.  In this case, the table has a million
rows, so I can't really select from it reasonably.  It doesn't look to
me
like sqlQuery or sqlGetResults has a verbose option to turn off such output.
